About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Route London-HongKong (4 days)-Shanghai (3 days)-London is OK for free transit French passport

I have french passport and my route is London-HongKong (stay 4 days) - Shanghai (3 days) - London. May I travel without visa to Shanghai?
