You can surely do that. Just take subway line 6 from Beihai North to Jintai Rd; transfer to line 14 to Wangjing South. Leave from Exit B1 and walk south along West Wanhong Street to reach Jiuxianqiao Road, go northwards along the road to enter the 798 Art Zone.2
