About:China Customs Declaration

I am going to immigrate to china,can I sell my property and take all my money about $200,000

Martinez, as I know, one is allowed to take $5,000 at most without a declaration, or he might be taxed.
It is suggested you deposit excess cash in a Union Pay, VISA, or Master card.

i moved from the UK to china in 2013. i took £25,000 with me. i declared it to UK customs , with paperwork to prove the money was from a house sale and the reciept from uk bank i withdrew the cash from. All is fine, if all is ligit and you have the proof
