About:Ten Tips to Avoid Online Shopping Traps

Parcle shipped on 23rd november

I ordered sock boots from a china company called Kickxp. I still havnt received my parcle and the customer service is very bad
This is my tracking number
RS327590936CN
But is only trackable til 6th december.
What are my rights as a customer.
I paid by visa debit

Noeleen, it is really a long time. You are suggested to contact the delivery agency to find out what is going on.
