About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Ukraine passport holder

Coming from Spain to Shanghai and back to Spain after a fair. I don't understand the thirdcountry procedure. Is it enough if I have a hotel booking and the return ticket? Thank you

If you travel back to Spain after visiting Shanghai, you cannot enjoy the 144 hour free transit. A visa is needed. In principle, if you want to use the 144 hour free transit, the country you come from should be different from the country you will fly to after visiting Shanghai.
