Take bus no.100 from the North Railway Station to the Main Railway Station. Then transfer to bus no.91 to Qintan Bus Station. Hope helpful!0

The whole trip from North Railway Station to Qintan Bus Station may take around 40min by public bus.
You can surely take a cab to reach the South Railway Station and it costs CNY25 or so. You can also take bus 99 or 100 to get there.0
