In Hangzhou, where are the best spots and time to view cherry blossoms?

Generally speaking, the best time to see the cherry blossoms is March and April. You are advised to go to Taiziwan Park, Jingci Temple, Shuangpuying Garden and Leifeng Pagoda. Have fun!
