Two U.S. citizens traveling to India (Delhi) with a 15 hour Stopover in Beijing. We had intended to fill that time with a 6 or 7 hour visit to the great wall. Is this considered outside of the administrative area of Beijing and do we require a visa for being that far out of the city?
