About:Hong Kong Visa Application

Hongkong visa pre registration rejected

Hi, Im Indian citizen working in Malaysia. I applied for HK visa and according to new procedures for Indian Citizens ( wef 23rd Jan) did pre registration. While my husband and daughter visa was accepted, my application was unsuccessful. We have to fly on 24th Feb as we are taking our daughter to disneyland for her birthday. Please advise is fastest way to get visa?
I believe HK embassy in KL do not accept Indian nationals application- is this information accurate. Appreciate urgent response . Thanks
