Couple of questions about Kunming:

1) How much time does it take to get from the airport to West Inn Station, and then onward to Jinma or Biji?
I ask because I want to know what time I should set off the following morning to arrive at the airport in time for my flight to Xi'an (departs 8:15 AM).

2) How much does a cab charge for the ride from West Inn Station to Jinma or Biji Square?

3) How much does a simple hotel cost in that area?

4) Would I be risking missing my flight if I stay the night in downtown area? My flight is 8:15 in the morning.
