144 hour free transit while on ocean cruise

I will be leaving Hong Kong on March 18, 2017 and returning to Hong Kong on April 1, 2017 on the Cunard Queen Mary. There are 2 one-day stops on different days,to Shanghai. Do I qualify for the 144 hour free transit program?
