Is transit free Visa available in Wuxu, Nanning Airport

I only currently hold U.S.Passport flying from SFO to Shanghai with 9hour overlay to Nanning, China before 3hr flight to my destination Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Question I like when arrive Wuxu, Nanning airport stay at Win Win Hotel in Nanninh just outside the airport, would be any problem check back in my flight 9hours later with just U.S. Passport?
