Hi ! I am currently preparing for the visa application, and most of the documents ready.

However, I would like to be informed how should I submit these documents to the embassy and how to apply for an appointment for the interview

KI, you can go to the embassy directly to submit the application. When you submit the application, the consular officers will tell you when to attend the interview.
