i have to visit zhongshan, through hong kong.

Question

I have chinese mainland visa. do i have to get HongKong visa for transfer? where is emigration point for China mainland, when i reach HongKong international airport?

I am wondering if you are going to ZS from HKIA by ferry. If yes, you don't need to go through the immigration at HKIA, so no HK visa is needed. Directly get a ferry ticket and head for Skypier to catch the ferry. Upon getting off, the mainland immigration will check your visa and other documents.
