Male sheep & female dog

Hello, I fell in love with a dog girl and it was a very transformative relation. I am sure we had so much potential for love and fortune together but in the end it was too difficult to get along. I'm a Goat and I know goat and dogs are a bad match. However, is it there any way in which this could eventually work, any advise? What happens if the Western horoscope says that the compatibility is good?
