The cab fare can be CNY130 or around. Usually, the driver doesn't charge by meter. To the Terracotta Warriors, I suggest you take a taxi from your hotel to XA Railway Station. Walk to the east square of the station and take Tourist Bus Line 5 (no. 306) to get there directly. Bus no. 914 and 915 also will do.
