Chilean living in Spain wants to vacation in Hong Kong or Taiwan

Hi, I have a Chilean passport and want to travel with my wife whom has a Russian passport to either Hong Kong or Taiwan from Spain (where we currently live as permanent residents. Do each of us need a visa for a two-weeks tourist visit?

Ruben, Chilean and Russian passport holders can enjoy free entry to HK for a stay of not exceeding 90 days and 14 days respectively.
As for Taiwan, you need to find an agency to inquire about that.
