About:How to Buy Tickets

Hi, im planning to take train from shanghai to chengdu, chengdu to xian and xian to beijing, from somewhere between august 7-22... is it to early to book them now, and in case it is, when is the right time?

It is better to book 2 months in advance.

Hi, I am planning a trip in November and would like to get all my ticketing done. I am wondering why its better to book two months in advance? The website seems to allow earlier booking. Your insight is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Since the tickets are released 10-60 days before the travel date, but now it seems that the release time changed to 30 days. But you surely could book as early as you can, the website accepts the orders.
