No, it is suggested to tour around in March. The climate condition will be suitable. And it will be a good time to appreciate the scenery. Have a nice journey!4

It is still winter in March and I've read that it will be cold and windy, not a good time to visit. You are the first person who said it's a good time to visit. Thanks for your input.1
