About:How to Travel to China without a Visa

then to KOREA then back to Beijing. I believe China changed their rules in 30th JANUARY. Can anyone give me any advice as to what kind of visa we need.

Sandra, if you stop in Shanghai for not more than 144 hours, you will be able to enjoy the 144 hour free transit there.
After visiting Beijing from Korea and stay there for not more than 24 hours, if you will travel to a third country or region rather than Korea, you will be able to enjoy the 24 hour direct transit there.
In this case, no visa will be needed.
