About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

FLIGHT with S7 VVO-PVG and with DL PVG-ATL-SJO.
Can transit PVG with 72-hour free if crew has to collect and give luggage in PVG?

If you hold confirmed air tickets, you will be able to use the 72 hour free transit in Shanghai.
