About:Requirements for Permanent Residence Permit

Dear sir I get married with a Chinese girl After what I do if want long time stay in china,

Because Q1visa just give one month stay permission, and married after can I buy house in china?

Anikumar, after you get a Q1 type, you will be able to apply for a residence permit which may allow you stay for at least one year in China; and you can extend the residence permit before it expires. In this case, you can buy a house in China after marriage.
