What should i do with my settlement money?

I am born october 7 1946 in munich Germsny time unknown. Grandson born february 5 1991 who needs money to promote his music on Worldstar,my house (not in my name) needs repair, I need medical care. I have not had a mate since1990.I can travel almost free. Or should I invest in medical marijuana to gain enough money to cate for myself?
