About:Hong Kong Visa Policy

I am British Citizen having a vacay in Philippines.

I am planning to take my brother, his wife and 3 children to visit my sister who is a resident of Hongkong. Do they need passports to go Hongkong? We intend to stay there for 5 days only. Thank you for your input
