What is the least expensive way for an senior adult to go from HKIA to Tsim Sha Tsui Station?

It is suggested to take bus no.A21 from Airport (Ground Transportation Centre), get off at Cameron Road, Nathan Road. The duration is around 65 mins. And the fare is 33 HKD per person. Then walk south along Nathan Road around 120 yards.
