Hi, it may be still a little cool, with the average temperature of around 12C. Cloudy and rainy days may happen then. I suggest you wear light sweater, coat, and jeans, and prepare an umbrella or other simple rainy gear in case.0

Hi,
I am going to the in end march, 2017 too. May I know do you need to wear thermal inner wear and down jacket. I am seeing the weather unpredictable, got to bring both light and down jackets.1

According to the previous records, the temperature may range from 50 F to 60 F in the end March. It would be cool and comfortable. Thus you don't need to wear the down jackets. The light jackets, overcoats, thin sweaters, long-sleeved shirts, jeans and sneakers are suitable clothes.0
