About:Transportation of Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport

Is there a bus or train from Hangzhou International Airport to Ningbo?

If not what is the best (easy and cheap if possible) way to go from the airport to Ningbo?

Direct bus or train from the airport doesn't exist. I suggest you take shuttle bus East Railway Station Line to the railway station in half a hour at a cost of CNY20. There you can take a high speed train to Ningbo in an hour.
