About:Haikou Transportation

I will be travelling from Haikou Meilan Airport to Dazhipo in end February 2017.

I am planning to take a airport bus or taxi to East coach station and transit via bus to Dazhipo.
Is this the best way? I always take taxi from airport and paid RMB250 for single trip to Dazhipo.

Yes, it is an available way. Upon landing, you can take airport shuttle bus line 1 to East Bus Station. The ticket fare is CNY 20 per person. And the operating hours of this bus line are according to the flight schedule. The bus schedules to Dazhipo are from 06:40 to 20:10. The ticket fare is CNY 12 per person.
