Any problem for me and my wife to take 2 luggage onto bus A22 at HKIA

We planned to take the Bus A22 from HKIA to Nathan Hotel on Nathan Road. Is there any problem for us to take 2 luggage (the type that needed to check-in to airplane) onto the bus?

Will there be problem for the 2 luggage when we take Bus A22 back to the airport?
