Moroccan citizen residing in Japan: short visit to Hong Kong (on week)

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am a Moroccan citizen residing in Japan (long term residence/ 2 years). I plan to visit Hong Kong from Feb. 23rd to March 1st, 2017. My passport will expire on 16th, May 2017. Could you please inform me if I am in a legal situation to be allowed access to Hong Kong? Thank you very much in advance.

Kamal, I think you can still use the current passport to travel to HK.

Thank you very much for your prompt reply.
So, only a passport is fine, so need for a visa; right?
