New Z-Visa Guidelines

I haven't worked in China for over a year. I am planning on going back and my employer sent me the list of new guidelines. I need my degree certificate certified by an US embassy or consulate. Will they do that at the US embassy in Chengdu?

Maria, if you are now in the US, I think you need to have your degree certificate notarized by the Educational Department of US and then have it authenticated by the Chinese embassy or consulate.

Unfortunately, the US Dept of Education does not do such a thing as this
