If I can store my luggage in Kunming airport prior to going to city overnight during layover.

Yes, you can do it. The left luggage desks are at:
1. west side of departure hall, 3F;
2. west side of arrival hall, B1.

Do you have any idea what is the cost of leaving the luggage for overnight (about 14 Hrs), and how do I have to pay for it, please let me know.

Hi, Raz. I remember the cost is around CNY15 per piece for 10~16h, and you need to pay for it when depositing.
