About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

Macau Visa center

Hello ,
I am a Bangladeshi citizen staying in China with a student(X) visa. I want to visit Macau recently. If you could tell the procedure of getting the permission/visa to visit macau from china. Is there are visa/immigration office of macau ? Please share the contacts details.

If you go there for sightseeing activities, you should first provide copy of your passport, bank savings account, a completed application form, a passport-style photo, transportation and accommodation arrangement, and your travel itinerary, as well as residence permit in mainland China. Next, submit the application to Beijing office of Macau government to apply.

Thanks alot for your reply.I tried to contact the office and ask them about the visa procedure and others but the office replied they don't provide any visa from that office. And since I am from Bangladesh I have to have a visa before I arrive to Macau and they told me to take the visa from the Chinese Embassy in my country. Can you please put some light on this and let me know if the info is true and if it's true then is any other way I can get the permission to enter Macau rather than going back to my country for the visa?

You can try to go to Hong Kong to apply for it.

Thanks Daisy for the reply. But do you know where in Hongkong I shall apply. Does Hong kong have a Macau visa office? I don't have any idea about Hong kong, so please share some info...
