About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

im a filipino want to stay for 1 night/iday at guangzhou to see

and take some pictures for souvenir and plan to return in the future for vacation and after going to tokyo do i need to apply for a visa?

If you mean you will enter Guangzhou from the Philippines and then leave for Tokyo, you can use the 24-hour direct transit if the layover is not more than 24 hours. Upon arrival, you can apply for a temporary stay permit so that you can leave the airport for a short tour.
