What is the temperature in C (not F) on 3rd and 4th week of April 2017 of Taipei?

I like to visit southern part of Taiwan.

According to the previous records, the temperature may range from 25C to 30C (75F to 85F) in the end of April. There will have several cloudy days during that period of time. The climate will be warm and comfortable. You can prepare jackets, long-sleeved shirts, T-shirts and jeans.
