About:Xian Airport Shuttle Bus

Im arrived at midnight maybe around 23.30pm at airport Xian with kids.

Is the shuttle bus still available at that time going to Bell Tower? Or have place for sleeping at airport?

No, you don't need to stay at the airport.
Upon landing, you can take shuttle bus Xishaomen Line to get to Airport Business Hotel first. It takes around an hour on the way. And the ticket fare is CNY 25 per person. After arriving, take a taxi to the destination. The cab fare is around CNY 15 at night.
