outlook for 2017 career ,finance , family and immigrating

I was born on 11 jan 1982 , in 2016 I had one of the worse years ever , but in saying that the last 7 years have been tough for me , I was wondering what 2017 will hold for me in terms of my career , Finance , family and if its a good time to make a decision about immigrating to a different country .
