I'm sorry I didn't answer to you before. As a person born in the year of the Water Dog, this year, 2017, will be a difficult year for you. Wait for a better time which will start next year. In 2020 and 2021 you will have two extraordinary years, and you will be very lucky. All of us have good years and bad years.
