Does transit visa required to stay at Airport hotels? Transit time is 23 hrs. Traveler is Indian.

As the transit time is less than 24 hours, the traveler does not need the transit permit. He or she can stay in the hotel. In case the person need to leave the airport, he or she can apply for a temporary stay permit at the airport.
