About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Munic - Shangai - Guangzhou - Thailand

Hi.

I am planning a 2 cities trip to China. These cities are covered in the policy, but I am not sure of it works.
Munic Germany - Shanghai (3 days) - Guangzhou (2 days) - Thailand

Can you please advise if I am eligible for the 114h in Shanghai and Guangzhou 72 right afterwards?

Thanks

No, you cannot fly from Shanghai to Guangzhou directly. But you could fly from from Shanghai to Hong Kong and than from Hong Kong to Guangzhou. That would be possible.
