About:China Customs Declaration

My friend brings 1kg of pure Gold to Beijing after a day or two i will be living for HK with it.

Do you have any idea about how the process goes. i know i have to declare it, is there any task or anything am supposed to pay?

David, you are right. You need to declare the gold at the customs and pay the tax.
