Well, there is no direct public transportation. You can take bus no.86 to owloon Bay (Telford Garden) first. Then transfer to bus no.1A to Heep Woh Primary School. The ticket fare is 12.4 HKD per person. And the duration is 50 mins. Afterwards, just walk south around 50 yards.
