Do taxi drivers and all the other people in Hong Kong speak English or Mandarin?

Because I don't speak Cantonese.

As HK is an international metropolis with modern transportations to be easily accessed, and also English is widely used, so it is quite convenient to find the way to your destinations. Most local people can speak basic English. Don't worry.
