Where is the bus station in Dali? Is it in Xiaguan otherwise known as the Xiaguan Fandian?

The New DL Bus Station is located at No.372, Qita Weishan Road. And the DL Express Bus Station is situated at No.1, South Ring Road, Xiaguan.
