I got married in China , Xian ... which visa I can get and duration ?

Hey I have a student X type and I got married now . I want to change my visa status? Which type I can apply and how ? And what will be the duration ? Am living in Xian city

You can apply for a spouse reunion Q type. You should first prepare your passport, valid registration form of temporary residence, a completed application form, a passport-style photo, an invitation letter from your spouse and copy of his/her Chinese ID card, and your marriage certificate. Next, go to the exit and entry administration of the local PSB to convert the student X type to Q type.
If you apply for the Q1 type, you will be allowed to stay for more than 180 days in China; if you apply for the Q2 type, you can stay for no more than 6 months in China.

So currently am in China Xian , so I no need to go back Pakistan ? Do you have any format for invitation letter and application form
