I remember that there are several direct long-distance buses from Langdong Bus Station to Haiphong. The bus schedules are 08:40, 09:40, 09:30 and 10:30. It takes around 9 hours on the way. And the ticket fare is CNY 158 per person. By the way, the Langdong Bus Station is located at No. 186, Minzu Avenue. You can take subway line 1 to there. Or take bus no. 6, 25, 39, 45, 52, 76, 87, 206, 213, 704 or 706. :)
