Can I take a rechargable juicer/blender cup in my carry-on or check-in?

It's a 2600mAh / 5V battery. I'm thinking I can not take it on the plane in my carry-on since it has a small blade? But am I able to put it in my checked-baggage without it getting confiscated because of the blade and-or wattage? I dont know the "wh".

Hi, April. You are right. The blender should be put in the check-in luggage, but before that, remove the battery and take it along with you. Battery cannot be packed in check-in luggage.
