i came from dubai to hongkong and hongkong to shanghai china,is it possible that i can get china visa in hongkong because im a tourists?or its better to go home in my homeland country and apply a visa there,thank you...

Miel, I’m afraid it is difficult for you to apply for it in HK if you don’t have residence permit there. You’d better apply for it in your home country or have a try in Dubai.
