What is the easy way to reach Wuhan International Airport from Hankou Railway Station?

I'm traveling from Yichang by D train and plan to get down at Hankou Railway Station to reach the International Airport (International Terminal). As i'm coming with family & children with luggage i request you to guide the easy way to reach International Terminal with minimum difficulties.
