I wish to travel to Shenyang in February, how the climate will be?

The temperature may range from 10 F to 33 F. It will be chilly cold. And there may have several snowy days in the middle of the month. You need to bring enough warm clothes, such as down jackets, sweaters, long johns, overcoats, snow boots, gloves and scarves.
